Mindbody Integration Error

I'm trying to integrate Mindbody to sync emails. I type in the site ID, username and password for Mindbody and it comes up with this error message: 

Error details

User error on remote account for appId="236020" reason="AUTH_FAILED" message="You still have to grant HubSpot access to your site.<br/>Please submit the activation code <b>rWzmKf4TZxI23MfMphRp1oTRqbEx0bxM</b> on your MINDBODY API Integrations page and click Retry below."

I can't grant Hubspot access to the site because it does not provide me the activation code to enter into Mindbody to grant the access. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

I would reach out to Mindbody as while there is a Hubspot integration, Hubspot does not build them and they are typically supported by the third party.
