Managing Email Preferences In-app

I wanted to understand if managing email preferences is possible in-app and not managed through HubSpot alone.

Could you elaborate? Are you referring to your own email preferences when receiving emails from HubSpot or to preferences of contacts in your CRM? If it's the latter, these are the options: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/manage-your-subscription-preferences-and-types

Which app exactly are you referring to when you say in-app?
