We are currently looking for a solution to integrate Lemlist activity into our HS Leadscoring.
Currently there's an integration that will create a note containing all the information about each activity. For example, if the contact opened an email there will be a note specifying which email was opened or another if the contact clicked on the link in the email.
In order for our Leadscoring to work, we'll need to be able to identify how many emails were opened and how many links were clicked by our contacts in lemlist. But having this "note" system makes everything harder than it should.
We tried at first creating a property with the number of emails opened. Then a Workflow that would increase this property. The problem is that we would need to do a workflow for each email and for each action, which would not only take a lot of time but also could trigger some human mistakes from our side.
Have any of you found a solution for a similar problem? (either using lemlist or any other tool using note to update the contacts' activity).
So the scoring is updated from activity, if they can relate the lemlist activity to their HubSpot account they should be able to add it to the scoring.
Instead of using the email and note system, you could just add the link to the score itself, this would add the scoring from every link click on that URL.

We did indeed think about using Zappier. It's not quite the perfect information flow but it could actually work. The thing is that we have a great volume of activity from lemlist and we'll need a lot of tasks and therefore pay a lot of money just for this integration to work, that's why we are looking for other alternatives.
We were able to create a general workflow using as a trigger the notes containing "email opened" (from lemlist). The problem is that such a workflow doesn't allow us to re engage the people that already ended this workflow and therefore it won't take them into account for the following notes containing that very same message.
