Leads from Wordpress Site to Hubspot CRM

Hello, 

I have a question: 

I have a Wordpress site. At the bottom of my website people can subscribe to my newsletter. They will enter "Name" and "Email". Where can I find the code that will capture the information of the lead and post it into Hubspot CRM?

It sounds like you plan to use something like HubSpot Marketing Free to track leads from your WordPress site.
