Is it possible to filter the number of Opens from Mailchimp to Hubspot?

resolver

Hi,

I have Mailchimp to Hubspot synced already and this is a great feature. So we can see all the opens and clicks from our Mailchimp campaign directly in our Hubspot account.

I have created 2 lists:

1 for Mailchimp Opens and

1 for Mailchimp Clicks

My question is - IS IT POSSIBLE TO FILTER THE NUMBER OF OPENS FROM MAILCHIMP TO HUBSPOT?

What I mean by that is - can I add a column in my Hubspot list for Mailchimp opens that will tell me the NUMBER OF TIMES A CONTACT HAS OPENED MY EMAILS.

Please see my attachments for a bit more clarity.

Hopefully I have explained this clearly and hopefully someone can help with this.

Thanks!

Hi @SDMLDN ,

So with the MailChimp integration I don't think it's possible to map those exact properties: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/email/mailchimp-data-sync

The properties that can be included are noted in this document here.

We have some more information here on the Mailchimp integration.

However, custom field mappings, including Status are only available to Operations Hub customers.

Hope this helps!

Hi Andrus,

Thanks for your reply. This sounds like what I am looking for - I would be happy to see a quick Loom recording to understand this further.

Hi Andrus,

That's excellent, thank you for this. I will give it a try and will keep you posted if that's okay.

Is the use case building a call list in HubSpot to identify hottest least (most opens or clicks)?

Too bad there's no native solution. If you're open to using 3rd party connectors then the one that Outfunnel offers has a solution for this. (Full disclosure: I am cofounder). Namely we offer a lead scoring feature that can assign a certain score for MailChimp emails and clicks, and we can sync this score to HubSpot. Happy to do a quick Loom recording to show this if this sounds relevant.

Hi,

Thanks for providing me with an answer (albeit not what I was hoping for, but at least I know now).
