Integrations for Lowering Hard Bounce Rates

Hi Everyone,

We have a question regarding the integrations/methods which can help reduce hardbounce rates. Currently, we are using the Neverbounce integration for Hubspot; however, despite its deployment, we are experiencing high hardbounce rates with 'invalid email' being the primary cause. We have also been trying the Real-Time Email Verification on our forms through Neverbounce's APIs as well, which haven't been quite successful in combating the higher bounce rates.

Is there any other way or method of reducing the bounce rates associated with invalid email addresses? Any integration or tool which recongizes the invalid email address even before sending it out for the first time?

Best Regards,

Haris

How are you sourcing the emails that tend to bounce? If it's lead forms, you may want to activate double opt-in ie. emails only get sent after verifying the email address. If you're buying lists then stop 🙂 And if you're building/scraping your lists you may want to change your approach or tools.

Long story short, lots of emails bouncing may not be an email validating issue but a list sourcing issue.

Hi @HarisAzeem,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You could try using Kickbox: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/email/kickbox

It's a tool that validates emails for deliverability. I hope this helps!
