Integration Typeform x Hubspot doesn't work

Hello,

We have an issue regarding the integration of Typeform and Hubspot. On the Typeform side, the integration works well. Their support tells us that they are good at pushing the data and that the Hubspot API validates requests well.

However, new contacts do not appear in Hubspot.

And they tell us to see with their teams.
Could anyone help me please?

So firstly, understand that you might be having some issue pushing data from Typeform into HubSpot. 

This is the typeform hubspot integration page and a faq on how typeform pushes contacts into HubSpot. Still if you are facing a problem, please reach out to HS Support themselves and they will see what we can do here.

Reason is because they definitely need to have more details on this issue. However, we are limited to what we can do as well since integration is built by typeform. Recommend getting screenshots from Typeform's end if they say that "HubSpot API are validating the request well" and see if there's any error on their end. Sharing all the information with support will help you get a clear answer.

In fact, I'm starting to believe it's from Typeform.Unfortunately I don't have more information than that.

Typeform<>HubSpot integration is built and supported by Typeform team as seen in this description, therefore, we aren't able to speak to the exact functionality of this integration.

What exactly Typeform team asked you to check in with HubSpot? Could you share a bit more details?
