Include Add to Calendar in Webinar Confirmation

Hello,

I want to intergrate Zoom with Hubspot for our webinar signups. I can see from the doc how to add the Join Webinar link into a Hubspot confirmation email, but I would also like to include Add to Calendar links for ical and Google. 

Is there an easy way to do this? I hate to give this up if I'm not using Zoom's confirmations. What do others do?

Are there any future plans for Hubpsot to develop direct integration with Zoom? With the pandemic, so many more people are using Zoom, so it would be an extremely helpful tool/resource for Hubspot subscribers.

Hi All, I have used Eventable for the free add to calendar button, mostly to utilise within emails however, what happens when you want to add a button for multiple events? i.e 1 button for 5 events for example? How can this be done within HS and/or a 3rd party tool?

Hey @Anita2 

Personally, I've no experience with Eventable, I'd recommend reviewing this article from their knowledge base. 

Based on this article, it seems that you need to have Eventable Starter to have multiple events functionality-

As this is a third-party integration, I'd recommend reaching out to Eventable support for further questions.

can you be more specific - are you still using eventable?  Which problem specifically did it resolve for you?  Eventable + Gotowebinar, right?

Not really. We ended up going with GTW. If you don't mind having it be an event on your own calendar, you can follow these directions https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/calendar-invites-ical-outlook-google#sm.001203akn1cqfel3s4v2amab6...

Here's another tool I've used before, but it's kind of a pain since you'll need to change up all your registration/reminder emails http://addtocalendar.com/

HI @nancyb There is a way to include an add to google calendar link by created a link using a tool like this https://decomaan.github.io/google-calendar-link-generator/. The issue is I cannot find a way to include the unique webinar join link since it is generated for each individual registrant. Is GTW better at this?

It's definitely better than Zoom, but we are still perfecting our workflows. I think for our size company, it will be worth the price once we get the wrinkles ironed out.

Hey @nancyb currently there is not a featured integration between HubSpot and Zoom. If you have a developer however, they can explore building a custom integration with our developer community on integrate.hubspot.com
