Hubspot keeps logging out of Wordpress plugin

SOLVE

Hi.  Love the wordpress plugin.  But it keeps logging out.  So we do not get leads when someone buys something.   We also use WooCommerce.

Hubspot keeps logging out of Wordpress plugin

SOLVE

Hi @Msong4u,

Thanks for reaching out!

Would you be able to please confirm that the plugin meets the following requirements?

  1. Your website or blog must use a WordPress.org install, or be on the WordPress.com Business plan. Any other plan with WordPress.com (e.g., Premium, Personal) will not allow for plugins or JavaScript and will not be compatible with the plugin.
  2. Your WordPress version should match the plugin requirements. This is stated in the plugin page's right sidebar next to WordPress Version.
  3. You must be a WordPress admin to install plugins for your site

Once you can confirm that you meet the requirements, can you please enable third-party cookies in your browser and disable any add-ins or extensions that block third-party cookies in your browser?

Here's documentation from all the major browsers on how to enable third party cookies:

I would also recommend clearing your browser's cache as well.

If after doing so, the issue persists, would you be able to disconnect and connect the plugin again?

Hope this helps!

Best,

Kristen

The wordpress plugin basically puts an iframe in your wordpress instance and embeds the tracking code into Wordpress. Even though it logs you out, this will not affect leads being passed to Hubspot.  This sounds like a disconnect between your form and Hubspot.  Based on your response with Woocommerce, I get the sense you are using their integration ( https://woocommerce.com/products/hubspot-for-woocommerce/ ) to try and connect with Hubspot.  Can you confirm that the integration is running properly?  Also, have you reached out to their support as they would be the best to help you with integrations since they maintain this and this is not something that Hubspot maintains.
