We are experiencing recurring disconnections with the HubSpot integration on our website. The issue has occurred multiple times this week, leading to around five disconnections in the past three weeks. Each time, I've had to manually reconnect the system.
I'm concerned that these disconnections may be interfering with the functionality of our JavaScript. It seems that the plugin disconnects every few days, indicating a persistent issue.
This happened to me today when I updated WordPress to 6.5.2 (was 6.4) and the HubSpot plugin to 11.1.0 (was 10.2.23). I rolled the plugin back to 10.2.23 and it reconnected. I tried other 11.0.x versions and they all had the same problem. Sticking with 10.2.23 for now.
@PamCotton Are you able to pass this information on to someone who can investigate?
Same, all of our clients that use WordPress have not been tracking for a period of time because the HubSpot plugins disconnected. Would like to know what is happening here.
Hey @Bridgetanne21, thank you for posting in our Community.
Could you please specify the specific actions or events that seem to trigger these disconnections? Understanding the context in which they occur can help us pinpoint potential causes more effectively. Verify that the plugin version you're using is compatible with your website's current platform and any recent updates made to it. Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise due to updates in either the plugin or your website's environment.
The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
Our website is meetotm.com and it is built on Wordpress using hte . The plugin keeps disconnecting despite it being up-to-date. We haven't found any compatibility issues in the past. Happy to share our website tech stack with you if you think that might help.
