Hubspot SurveyMonkey

Hello, 

I have integrated Survey Monkey with Hubspot. 

I´ve embeded the survey on my website. 

I see the contacts in Hubspot and in contact activity I can see all responses. 

However, Hubspot takes automatically takes only NAME and EMAIL of the poeple. 

I want to take automatically their PHONE NUMBER and UBICATION. 

The only option I have now is to put it manually from contact activity information (responses of every contact). 

I have Marketing starter plan, and payed monthly memebership on SurveyMonkey.

Hello @GrupoIcot ,

Via SurveyMonkey you can only collect the information they offer you. You have to export/import the answers to add them to the contacts in Hubspot (or see if it is possible to upload the information with a tool like Zapier?).

If you have Marketing Pro, you can trigger the answers to the questions in the workflows to trigger automations, but you can't get the value of the field filled in SurveyMonkey directly into HubSpot (you don't have access to this feature with the Marketing Starter plan).
