Hubspot Chatbot Can't Use Conversation Details to Route Leads in Salesforce?

Hoping to get some insight from others that may use the hubspot chatbot with SFDC as their CRM. The issue I'm facing is that our inbound leads are routed to all our SDRs using an equal round robin system, but only a certain group of reps use and manage the chatbot. We want the chatbot contacts to be synced with salesforce from hubspot and assigned and routed to the same rep that they were chatting with, however, they are going through the usual round robin process and being assigned and routed to the next salesrep in line. There isn't a clear way for us to use the conversation owner in workflows or report/copy it to a field that we could use for our lead routing. Any ideas?
