HubSpot and ThoughtIndustries

Hello,

Has anyone had any experience connecting ThoughtIndustries with HubSpot? We added in the HubSpot tracking code to TI, and we are getting contacts synced over from TI -> HS. However, we are missing crucial data such as company name, number of employees, etc. Anyone have experience syncing data between these two systems?

Any progress using Zapier to connect HubSpot with ThoughtIndustries? 

I have a prospective customer who needs to integrate these two platforms.. pulling in new contacts to HubSpot and then sending information like course registrations, completions, etc.

Hi @Olivia_Bagnall. Thank you for fielding this. I worked with our web developer, and we had to adjust the ThoughtIndustries/HubSpot embed code to sync over company data and job role data.

My personal take on this though is that you might have more control over the info that gets passed if you were to use Zapier as the middle man https://www.thoughtindustries.com/support/zapier-integration/

Hi @Olivia_Bagnall . Thank you for the reply! Yes, we are using the integration; however, as mentioned earlier, when a new contact enters IT, only first name, last name, and email gets synced over to HS. I created a suppression list using Original Sources to resolve this. 

I installed Zapier for TI. We submitted a ticket with them on how to transfer data. Will keep you posted.
