We are experiencing an issue with HubSpot and Salesforce where HubSpot is overwriting/creating a phantom opportunity in Salesforce. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a way to resolve this?
I checked a couple of resources on our end and I wasn't able to find other customer cases that would report a similar behavior.
Have you already reached out to our Support? I think that would be the best next step as they can have a closer look at the Salesforce integration in your account. Could you find a concrete example of a HubSpot activity that has created a phantom opportunity in Salesforce and add it to the ticket? Thank you!
