Question: HubSpot and Slack have been successfully integrated over a year. 2 weeks ago something changed. If a non Hubspot user employee, slacks on the Slack Hubspot channel, their slack post appears in live HubSpot chats with real customers. HubSpot chat support suggest that we reconnec the Slack / HubSpot integration. We did this last week. This did not prevent slacks from appearing in chats by non Hubspot employees. How do we fix this?
