How do I track form field selection in a Hubspot Form, and send it to GA?

I want to track which form field data did users select when they submit the form. Such as below, in event label. Is it possible? From what I understand, we need to add a data layer on the form or get it on console to find the value?

You can use HubSpot's Global Form Events to send data to Google Analytics.
