How to add the unique GoToWebinar registrant links in HubSpot confirmation cmails?

Hello, 

I haven't found a solution for this yet, can you please help: 

We have integrated GoToWebinar with HubSpot, but we prefer to send the confirmation emails directly from HubSpot since we use landing pages, forms, and thank you pages. How can we obtain the unique registrant link from GoToWebinar and include it in our HubSpot emails?

Hi @Anca_T,

If the unique join URLs are being stored as contact properties in HubSpot, you can send an email (e.g. via a workflow) using a personalization token that pulls that URL for each individual contact.

Hi @Anca_T - 

The Zoom intergation does not add the links automatically to a HubSpot property, but you can use Zapier to add the particpant link to a HubSpot custom property when the contact registers for the webinar.

Once you have done that, you can add the link to a HubSpot email as @JessicaBaskey describes.
