Having to pay for extra tools

SOLVE

Has anyone else been noticing that a lot of the items and feature benefits being set with limits/being offered as something else now?

With the new development of Ai I am not sure if it is an integration thing, but I didn't have limits to static and active lists before. Another thing i noticed is that they have a "survey" version, where you have to pay additional for certain features. We were using the forms portion of hubspot when all of the functions were once available through creating a form, and now have had to use other plugins.

Has anyone been noticing these changes? What are you doing to ensure functions you are using arent categorized in other service offering areas.

Hi @NPartida,

HubSpot does indeed sometimes repackage their offerings, however I'm not aware of changes in the areas you mention.

Limits for lists have always been present, you can find the specifications for each subscription tier here: https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog - these might only stand out after a while as your portal grows.

Regarding surveys, as long as I can recall, these have been a Service Hub Professional feature. As far as I know, there haven't been recent changes.

I can't remember an instance where a free or Starter feature was moved into an "expensive" subscription.

If you have noticed anything else, let me know and I can elaborate.
