HTML error with Canva Embed
SOLVE
I used the embed tool in the last email I sent and embedded something from canva... in the preview it looked great but then after sending the email it didn't show up.
I took the "html" code from canva and put it in the hubspot email builder using the "html" module... and it looked perfect in the email preview but when the email was actually sent to customers the newsletter (what was embedded with the "html" code) didn't show up/work when viewing the email.
Have you checked if this is supported, both by Canva and HubSpot?
My gut feeling would be that any HTML embedding that renders 3rd party content is potentially blocked by email providers as it would open email clients and their recipients up to malicious software attacks.
Doing a quick Google search, I also found this:
You've embedded an HTML code in your Email Marketing communication, but when you send your test email it doesn't show up! This likely means that your HTML code is actually an iframe. Iframes are not supported by most email providers.
Does the embed code contain iFrame code?
