HS limitations - API calls and sending email per day

Hello, Where can I find a document that shows the limitations as a free user versus an upgraded user for the following:
1) How many API calls can be made per day / hour?
2) How many emails can be sent per day / hour?

Hi again @karstenkoehler,
I see that the upper email limit is 5000 emails ​​a day for HS account user.
Is it possible to increase the limit, say to ~10,000 emails a day?

You can always check with your customer success manager / account manager but there isn't any official documentation I'm aware of.
