Force Sync to HubSpot

We have our SF org connected to our HS sandbox with the connector.

Recently, we had to pause the HS sandbox and delete all the contacts in it.

 

When we un-paused the HubSpot sandbox, the existing Salesforce leads didn't sync to HubSpot, because they weren't 'created' .

 

Is there a way to tell/trigger HubSpot to 'pull in' all of the existing Salesforce Leads & Accounts?
