For the same email ID in two workflows, email not trigger, how to fix the issue?

We have created two workflows and integrated them with Click Funnels. However, we are facing an issue where emails are not being triggered for the same email ID in both workflows. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and finding a solution to trigger emails for the same email ID.
Can you maybe share a screenshot of the HubSpot workflow, as well as any error messages you are seeing? To the best of my knowledge there is no native Click Funnels <> HubSpot integration, so are using Zapier or another intgegrator app?
Are you sending emails via HubSpot or Click Funnnels?

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to discuss an issue I'm facing with my ClickFunnels and Hubspot integration through Zapier. I have successfully set up two workflows, each serving a different purpose. However, I have noticed that when I use the same email ID for both workflows, the email is only triggered for the first workflow and not for the second one.
Interestingly, I haven't received any error messages or notifications related to this issue. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter. My goal is to ensure that emails are triggered for both workflows using the same email ID. Specifically, I want the email to be triggered when a user comes from ClickFunnels.
Could I ask you again to provide screenshots of your workflows enrollment criteria? Without seeing those I won't be able to troubleshoot.
Could you also clarify what you mean by email ID? The email of the contact or the email that is supposed to be sent to these contacts?
Lastly, is the integration with Click Funnels working? Meaning are contacts being created in HubSpot? If so, can you share a screenshot showing the three Original Source properties of one of those contacts?

Hi Frank, I have created two workflows and linked them to separate websites in ClickFunnels, please have a look at both workflow screenshots. When a user enters their email ID (e.g., xyz@gmail.com) in the first workflow, an email is triggered successfully. However, when the same email ID (xyz@gmail.com) is used in the second workflow, no email is received. Could you please check and suggest to me how I will fix the issue?
Can you re-attach those screenshots but in full/large image size? Right now the resolution is too low, making them illegible. I would need to see the actual enrolment trigger.
When you say "When a user enters their email ID (e.g., xyz@gmail.com) in the first workflow, an email is triggered", what do you mean by that? Where are useres entering the email - in Click Funnels?
Do you have an example contact, who received emails in workflow but but not in workflow 2? If so, you can check what happened in workflow 2 by clicking "details" and then select the "enrollment history" tab. In "select a contact" add the email of the person who you expected to enrol and receive emails. You can then see if they got enrolled and what actions did and didn't get executed.

Please find the screenshot attached. Both workflows appear to be identical, with the only difference being the condition that leads to different pages.
Based on your previous guidance, I have reviewed the workflow and have not identified any errors.
When users enter their email in ClickFunnels, they will receive an email.
Could you please review all the details and provide suggestions on what I should do next?
