Hi all, we have set up an integration with Eventbrite which is pulling through contact data for people registering for our events (online Zoom webinars) on Eventbrite... The integration is pulling through Registrations but not Attendees (even though it's showing on Eventbrite)... can anyone shed any light on what might be the issue?
@KTorgerson that's a really good question. I haven't personally disconnected & reconnected the integration, but as I understand HubSpot, the contact's email is the unique ID. So if there are contacts in the Eventbrite instance, worst case scenario would just be updating what exists in HubSpot already. HubSpot won't create duplicates with the same email.

Do you happen to know if there will be an issue if you disconnect and reconnect the integration to try to get the attendee status working - if you've already been using it for some time?
I'm afraid if I do that, it will try to re-add contacts or change other data once I sync the events a second time.

@danmoyle I did end up disconnecting and reconnecting, and it doesnt seem to be an issue with any data changes or duplicates. It didn't solve the problem though and added an additional annoyance.
When I set up the integration initially, my personal email was not an Admin for Eventbrite. I logged in through our agency email that is an Admin. I assumed the attendee status didn't pull over since my email didn't match.
I added myself as an admin, redid the integration, and it's still not pulling over attendee status - AND - it now shows my name by default as the Organization, and you have to click to switch over and see the client's events. It did not do that before with our agency account. Not sure what to do next.
@danmoyle I spoke to soon. It doesnt look like it duplicated any contacts, but it threw them into a workflow again as if they were a new incoming registration and created a new lead . 😬
@KTorgerson great on the no duplicates - bummer on the workflow. In that workflow, can you turn on "no re-enrollment" as the setting? That could help ensure it doesn't do it again if you need to go through this more times.

Hi! Have you considered sending a calendar invite to our event attendees? If we have their email addresses, we can invite them by sending a calendar invite. Once they receive the invite, Google reminders will help ensure that attendees receive timely reminders about the event. This can increase the chances of improving our event attendance. I've found a solution called "Let's Calendar" which can help block off the event date and time, as well as provide event details for both physical and online events.
Hi there, I'm experience the same issue. When building lists using Eventbrite integration, I can pull lists of registrants. But when changing filters to attendees, it turns up blank, even though we definitely have attendees on Eventbrite. Hope this can be looked at, thanks.
Just to put it out there I am also seeing this issue. I have Zoom connected directly to Hubspot as well so I actually see events listed twice and I can see the Zoom integration is displaying correct attendees and no-shows where the Eventbrite marketing event is only showing 1-5 when it should be in the hundreds.
@PDaviesAND I found this community question that seems similar with a solution that relates to the availability/visibility of segmentation/properties depending on your HubSpot tier as well as the Eventbrite admin account (email) being the same as the HubSpot account (email) used to setup the integration. Hope that helps.
