We've been using workflows to add list contacts to Zoom webinars which have worked out great. The issue we run into is that some contacts are using a different email address when they get to the Zoom registration page. Hubspot isn't merging those contacts and creates two separate contacts. Does anyone have a recommended fix for the duplicate contacts?
An email id is a unique identifier for a contact in HubSpot. If teh contact is booking meeting with diff ids, HS will create a diff contact each time. The only solution here I think is merging these contacts manually: https://prnt.sc/1w39cmw
