Data rebuild

Hi, we've been doing alot of work cleaning up our historical data, bounces, unengaged etc. I'm keen to understand can anyone recommend a third party/ plug-ins/ apps to help us rebuild our database?

To generate new leads, you'll develop a strategy that includes various marketing channels, such as paid ads or SEO to drive visitors to your website and convert them through form submissions.

I'm not aware of any apps that integrate with HubSpot that generate new contacts out of nowhere. While some companies simply purchase lists of contacts, HubSpot's acceptable use policy does not allow for that, as far as I know.
