Hello, I am having issues with Domain records and verifying my domain on hubspot for email campaigns etc. My host is saying that they cannot change certain DNS records as it affects my Domain and hubspot is saying that it has to come from them on their end. This is all about sending out emails campains that come from our Domain custom vs hubspot.... Is anyone an expert to help me please resolve this
It looks like the DNS records you are showing here are for other hosted website content (probably website page) and not the domain verification for email. If that is what you are adding, scroll further down on the page for Domains and URLs and find the Email Sending Domains section:
You should see a couple of CNAM (DKIM) records, a TXT (SPF) record, and a TXT (DMARC) record.
Once you have those, send them to your DNS Host to make the updates. If they were to change the ones you provided them and you are not hosting any other content (such as your www - website), it would result in an error.
Hope this helps!
Josh

Your host is correct if you are leaving the current www.bilashandcharron.com website live. If you want to host other content from HubSpot you would not use www as the subdomain for HubSpot content, you would use something like info.bilashandcharron.com or as they suggest, campaign.bilashandcharron.com.
