Customising Live chatbot appearance

I would like to replace the soft shaowing around the borders of the live chat window and the live chat icon with a solid colour. Is this possible? I am using Squarespace and I am comfortable using CSS.

Happy to help @BérangèreL - there are very limited options for customizing the chat with CSS outside of the settings directly within the chatbot settings @BFreedomsat.

From what I've tested, it isn't possible to remove the shadow.

As far as the icon, are you wanting to replace the prompt icon:

(not possible to customize)

or the user icon:

(change in the chatflow settings > Display > Choose chat avatar and then upload an image of the solid color)
