Create task/notify sales rep in Dynamics 365

Hi all,

Do you know of a way to create a task for a sales rep in Dynamics 365 based on form submissions or updated properties in HubSpot? We need to be able to notify sales if a contact reaches a certain score, submits a form etc.

I am interested in any solution, workflow, API, whatever works 😅

Hi! I believe the easiest way to do this would be:

- A workflow (with Operations Hub) to trigger a workflow with a form submission, a certain score, or whatever criteria you're wanting as the criteria

- set an action for "send a webhook" 

- connect that webhook to an integration tool that allows for Task creation in Dynamics (something like Trey.io or Workato)
