Connect Domain to Content Types (ONLY Landing Pages)

We were using HubSpot for a CRM only, and we had only connected our email domain.

We then decided to use landing pages and have a sub-domain for this purpose only. 
We use WordPress for our primary domain (website pages, /blog)

Now, after connecting a landing page domain, much of HubSpot functionality loads from the sub-domain that was reserved for our landing pages.

-E.g. Meetings loads on subdomain.primarydomain.com (i.e .branddomain.com)
-Quotes loads on the subdomain.primarydomain.com  (i.e .branddomain.com)
- Pop up forms seem to be doing the same

Before connecting landing pages to our domain, everything was working fine. 

E.g Quotes would show on our primarydomain.com

As would meetings etc.

We tried speaking to support, but I am not sure they understood the question.

There must be around this.

We ONLY want to use Landing Pages, we do not want everything loading from that subdomain- ONLY landing pages.

So meetings should load from our primary/brand domain - the URL used by WordPress

When we try it, we get to "Connect Domain to Content Types"- all the options are greyed out and pre-selected.

I have tried deleting the connection, and redoing it - but the option to deselect website, blog etc is not possible. Just greyed out, as pre-selected)

I assume if I just connect landing pages to a subdomain, then HubSpot will not try to load meetings, quotes etc over this subdomain. Instead, I need it loaded over my primary domain (brand domain) which is used for WordPress.

Before I connected landing pages it was working fine- so it can be done.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This article has tick boxes that can be selected or de-selected. We can't just choose landing pages. All options are greyed out and pre-selected. We have tried disconnecting the sub-domain for landing pages and re-connecting again- but still getting the same problem,

Hi Larry,

We have a similar scenario - we want to only host landing page content on Hubspot but we can't connect the domain to only that content, did you find a resolution?
