Watch session recordings in your HubSpot contact timeline: See what people engaged with or where they got stuck, so you can be better prepared for calls and queries.
See survey responses in your HubSpot contact timeline: Hear what customers had to say about their experience to pre-empt pain points and tailor conversations.
Use Hotjar session properties to target campaigns in HubSpot: Trigger workflows using HubSpot and Hotjar properties (like ‘referrer URLs’ and ‘duration on site’) to personalize marketing campaigns.
Give your sales team extra insights:Build automations to notify your sales team when a recording is available for a highly-engaged prospect. Alert reps when prospects are showing signs of frustration, so they can follow-up at the right time and with better context on their experience.
