CallRail Integration Does Not Work

I am having an issue with my CallRail integration. None of the calls are going into HubSpot. CallRail does not see any errors on their end. Has anyone come across anything that would prevents the calls from creating new contacts in HubSpot?

Also, have you connected with HubSpot Technical Support team regarding this matter?
