AirCall: Workflow Enrollment Trigger by Specified User

Hello! I'm looking to essentially trigger a workflow based on the HubSpot user who called the client. The call/aircall tags are a bit funky and I can't seem to get it trigger no matter what I try. 

Here's what a Call looks like in HubSpot:

I need to be able to have a workflow that says: when called by Isaac Livengood.

Here are the HubSpot Call activity triggers:

I've tried all of them and can't seem to get any of them to work. 

Thoughts?

Any suggestions?

Hi @SarahN ,

Currently there is no such filter that allows you to directly select a rep and i also feel this should be there. I suggest you post his idea in the ideas section of the hubspot community.

But there’s a workaround possible. You can set a trigger like this and it will work according to your need.

Thanks for your reply 🙂 I tried this workaround and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've watched the specific users call activity all morning and not one of the calls has triggered the workflow to do what its supposed to.
