Cloning page and publishing again still 404 on two pages

adding contacts to a workflow
Hi, I am new to this and I am learning as I ago. I want to add a few contacts to a workflow based on email. I am not sure what email property to use. All contacts work for the same company and their email is the same after the @

@MManson the subscription preference page can only be set in a single language, there isn't currently multi-language support for these pages.
