Eigenschaftswerte in Formularen gefiltert ausspielen

Hallo zusammen,
wir stehen aktuell vor folgendem Problem: in unserem ERP sind Mandanten nach Haupt- und Subbranche sortiert. Es gibt 6 Hauptbranchen, die jeweils 3 - 5 Subbranchen haben. In unseren Formularen soll es dann so ausgespielt werden, dass jemand seine Hauptbranche auswählt und dann je nach dieser nur die zutreffenden Optionen für die Subbranche angezeigt werden.

Wir haben dazu nun 2 neue Eigenschaften angelegt und mit den jeweiligen werden befüllt. Dann haben wir bedingte Logiken eingesetzt, um die beiden Eigenschaften zu verknüpfen. Im CRM funktioniert das nun auch: Wenn man hier manuell eine Hauptbranche zuweist, stehen nur noch die zugehörigen Subbranchen zur Auswahl.

In Formularen funktioniert das leider nicht. Wir haben hier ein Feld zur Auswahl der Hauptbranche eingebaut. Und dort dann ein abhängiges Feld für die Subbranche „dran gehängt“. Allerdings wird letzteres dann immer mit der kompletten Palette an Optionen angezeigt. Auch wenn wir beide Felder direkt ohne Abhängigkeit einfügen, übernimmt er die Logiken nicht.

Gibt es dafür einen anderen Weg? Oder handelt es sich um einen Bug?

Hello @thaep I understand your pain. I believe what you mention is correct. The functionality of Conditional Options for properties is not available in forms. It works in the CRM, within the CRM UI, but not in forms.

What you can do, and what I recommend, is to create a custom FORM component for your CMS. Make sure this component is React-based. This way, you can implement the conditional fields function you're looking for and use it on your website.

You can also upvote this idea to make this work natively in forms (HubSpot actually looks at the most upvoted ideas to prioritise product improvements).

Thanks for the replies, guys. We now took the workaround route and created custom properties for each main category as well as each subcategory and connected them with reaction based form fields. Quite the hassle for a feature that seems to be quite basic...

Das Produktteam evaluiert die Anfragen auf Basis ihrer Popularität, ich würde also empfehlen zu kommentieren und upzuvoten. Du kannst auch die Wahrscheinlichkeit erhöhen, dass andere die Anfrage finden, indem du meine Antwort als Lösung akzeptierst. Ganz grundsätzlich stehen die Chancen gut, dass das Ganze umgesetzt wird, weil gerade auch die neue Formular-Beta viele neue Features mit sich bringt und möglich macht.

Bis dahin geht leider kein Weg um separate Eigenschaftsfelder für jede bedingte Optionen vorbei. Also: jede Subbranche bräuchte ein Feld. Die müsste man dann wieder per Workflow in der eigentlichen Gesamt-Subbranchen-Eigenschaft zusammenführen.
