workflow trigger missing

SOLVE

I am trying to set up a generic workflow. 

creating a task or sending our marketing team a reminder to check the results after sending out an marketing email 

 

I am beeing told I should finde the following trigger but it is not avalible for me for some reason.

Marketing Email > Email sent is any of > Sent

 

I can only chosse the specific mails that have allready been sent out. anyone got anohter way of setting it up og activating something so I can finde the trigger stated

@JSvendsen workflows would always do that on a by-contact-basis, would you really want to create a task for each contact that interacts with a marketing email?

 

Instead, I'd recommend setting up a report or dashboard that shows recent marketing emails and send a weekly email to the marketing team: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/dashboard/email-or-export-reports-and-dashboards#manage-recurring-repo...

 

Check out the report library, pick a few reports and set up a weekly email each Monday or Friday to review for the marketing team: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/use-a-report-from-the-report-library

Hi @JSvendsen,

 

When creating triggers, make sure you choose "When filter criteria is met" to find these filters.

If you're saying that you're not able to find emails that haven't been published (for automated emails) or sent (for regular emails), then that's correct. An email must be published or sent before you can find it there. There isn't any way around that. That could mean waiting for the email to be sent and then finalizing the workflow.

Okay then I can´t do what I set out to do 🙂

 

is it not possible to creat an automation sending tasks out to our marketing team, when they have sent an marketing email out, that reminds them to the check up the activites?

SOLVE

@karstenkoehler  I don´t whant it to send emails when contacts interact with the email sent.

It is more of an internal reminder I would like to set up, in the way a salse person would set up tasks that would remind them to follow up with a customer. 

 

just wanted to make a flow that would set it up automatic so marketing don´t have to remember it.

 

but I guess a workaround would be a dashboard
