workflow is ON but the automated email is not sent

HI! What can be a reason for the workflow not enrolling contacts from a list and sending them an automated email?

All contacts from the list are marketing contacts, and are subscribed to the subscription used in the email.

When you check the action log for that contact on the workflow details page, what do you see? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page

Alternatively, when you open the marketing email, is the contact listed under "Not sent"?

Hi Karsten! thank you for your reply. None of the contacts on the list are enrolled, so it's delivered (and not sent) to zero.

@AKhakimova then it's an enrollment issue, not a delivery issue.

When you turned on your workflow, did you choose to enroll existing contacts?

Can you share a screenshot of your enrollment criteria?
