I have a workflow to segment my audience in personas.
trigger is " job title is known".
if job title is know then i have branches for each of the personas: if title is x, persona property is y.
when i first turned this on, i put every day at 3 am. then I changed to anytime. However my contacts are showing as " already enrolled" but the personas are not set as they should.
the reports shows my contacts are "on hold". I tried to re-enroll them but i get an error message that they are already enrolled.
my workflow works as I unenrolled and re-enrolled a contact manually and his persona is set to the right value.
how do i get my contacts do go through this whole workflow? am I supposed to "wait" since they're on hold? or can I unenroll them as a batch and reenroll them?
Can you please share a screenshot of your workflow? If you can't, are there delays, how long does it take for a contact to go through the workflow from start to finish? Have you maybe set working hours in the workflow settings?
Generally, a contact cannot be re-enrolled while they're still enrolled.
