unable to delete manual lead scoring property

Hi Team,

I created a manual lead scoring property caled "Lead Score_RB" but I am not able to delete it now despite the fact it is not used.

Second I have too much confusion since lead scoring property generated from beta version shows card on right side of contact whereas lead scoring property generated manually shows card on left side of contact.

Also there seems to be a default proprty "Lead Score" when i checked page editor for contacts. I dont know how to edit that (if i can edit that by setting the scoring factors then i can just use it for scoring the leads).

Hi @RBanola,

The property you're trying to delete is the defaul HubSpot score property which cannot be deleted. Have a look at the internal property name, it simply has been renamed since.

And yes, the beta for scoring adds a new card in the right hand side. You can still however display it in the left sidebar by customising the contact record (click one of the gear icons in the left sidebar.)

I think I understand it now but now it seems I have created one extra lead scoring property. First one is default and I have set it using lead scoring Beta version and second one needs to be deleted but I am not able to delete it.
