list of specific email subject

I want to create a list of all contacts that we sent an email to via MS365 and added to Hubspot with a specific subject heading so I can automatically follow up.

Hi @MAdcock,

Its not possible to create activity lists (not any which would let you click through to the contact that is).

However, you can build a list of contacts for whom such an email is logged.

Navigate to Menu > Contacts > Lists. Create an active list, and the find "Activity properties" in the list filters. (You should see "Contact properties" in a drop-down. Click it and select "Activity properties".)

Under activity properties, you should see a filter for "Subject line". Add your subject line, save the list and Bob's your uncle.
