imaging how much time and energy goes every time I want to create a report or check something. this happens everytime - I have to wait so long and refresh so many times till something happens. BTW this is not the first time I flagged this. So you redesigned the lists and renamed them. bugs are still there, so why?

Could you please describe what you're expected outcome is and what you're seeing instead; and what exactly the discrepancy between now and 15 minutes after is?
In general, HubSpot segments / lists require a moment to populate, especially in larger portals or when large amounts of records are concerned. Even if not, it simply takes a moment. That has been the case for as long as I can think and is to some extent expected behavior.

In the images I shared, I changed the dates, but the same leads appeared.
The lists populate quickly. The actual problems I'm facing are:
1. Sometimes the lists get stuck and don't populate—like what happened yesterday. 2. Bigger problem: After the lists populate quickly, I move to "Performance" and see the pie data, which doesn't update. This wastes my time the most. I've lost hours refreshing it.
I have to use lists because they have the most accurate data compared to other places in HubSpot. Why is it like that? I don't know.
* Nothing changed in the 15 minutes; it just started working all of a sudden.
