find a way to stamp a meeting start and end time into a custom property for any meeting

Hi there, I am trying to find a way to stamp a meeting start and end time into a custom property for any meeting- not just the ones booking through the meeting tool system. We have AEs and SDRs creating meetings directly through their calendar/ logging meetings and the start time/date is not being tracked.

The overall goal here is to create a workflow to enroll contacts into a sequence the day before their scheduled meeting. It is hard to create a delay in workflow to schedule this unless the time stamp is known from the meetings booking tool.

Any ideas would be helpful!

This is what the current workflow looks like but will not trigger for every meeting, unfortunately.

You can enroll individual contacts or enroll multiple contacts in bulk. In HubSpot, contacts can be enrolled from Contact-based workflows (Sales and Service Hub Enterprise only).
