Hello!

My question is:
If I want to create a workflow triggered by contacts clicking on a url on that email. How can I make sure that this email is sent to specific lists instead of all my contacts?

Hi @TomVW you'll want to make sure that you start by creating lists based on your segmentation needs to make sure only the intended contacts receive the email - if the workflow is sending the email, you can choose the enrollment criteria based on the list membership.
