from the two lists I used for two emails on Sunday, I see there is now a new list created by platform - is this list the eligible to receive marketing emails is the two lists i sent to minus the bounded emails? to send a new email today i should use this new list?
Also the numbers dont; add up so now i am questoning wheter this new list created is really the combo of my two lists minus the unsbsicrnced and bounced emails as:
when I add from both lists the bounced and unsubscribed it totals 180. If you taks both oroginal lists minus 180 it does not total the 683 total of the new list ...... my total lists ,minus the bounced and unsubscribed should have totaled up to 1089....
@NKiryati then my previous answer remains correct and valid - this list shows those contacts who are from a more technical standpoint eligible to receive marketing emails. You would still have to make sure that these contacts have provided consent.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

So when i will send a new email to my list, hubspot will automatically exclude those emails that were bounced or unsubscribed from my previous sent email?
Bounced contacts are automatically excluded by HubSpot from email sends.
The list that was created just tells you which contacts are eligible, not which contacts have a legal basis for communication. You should still apply your own filters and check whether these contacts expect to hear from you.

Hi, after block with passing the limit of hard bounce addresses I've fixed the list. However, HS is allowing sending message only to 3 among 310 receipients (they have never received this message, I've exported them as "unsent")
