I don't use Hubspot but want to know if it has information about a business, such as contacts, phone # and email? If so, what Hubspot plan provides that?

Hi everyone, Just wanted to double check something; if in our scoring criteria stating "If visited URL contains XX" then +5 points. Would this be cumulative? Ideally we would like to add points per number of pages. Thanks all.
