I've noticed that in the Campaign View, the Influenced Contacts list shows contacts that have been enrolled in a workflow connected to that campaign even if they did not open any of the emails or interacted with any of the other assets connected to Leer más

Most Hubspot users will know that HubSpot does not offer a feature that tracks replies to marketing emails. The reason we do not offer reply tracking on marketing emails is that emails of this type are not typically meant to be replied to. H Leer más
