I want to make the person who created contact to be that contact's contact owner, especially for contacts which were created by mobile iOS or Android. I tried to set this in workflow but there only appears to set contact owner as a specific user. Beitrag ansehen

We use workflows to send emails to our customers throughout their program with us which is usually 20 weeks long and they get around 4 check in emails throughout that time. The sales team would like to be able to go into a contact and see whic Beitrag ansehen

Hi, I have a Deal based workflow, that creates a new deal associated with the initial one. A "create record"is triggered. Where asked, I tell workflow to associate to this new deal the contacts that were associated to the previous deal. All works Beitrag ansehen
