Hi, I know if my sales team are sending a sequence the contact doesn't need to be enrolled as a marketing contact, but if there is a workflow behind the sequence, do they need to be marketing contacts? Thanks L

I'm trying to use the Tickets property in Lead Scoring but cannot find where to do this. I've looked into all categories of scoring criteria but haven't come across this yet. Is this under any main category or just doesn't exist?
