I'm trying to use the Tickets property in Lead Scoring but cannot find where to do this. I've looked into all categories of scoring criteria but haven't come across this yet. Is this under any main category or just doesn't exist?

Hi, I'm hoping to pre-populate the fields of a web form launching on my site. The form is custom built by my IT team to manage some complexities that HubSpot forms can't accomplish. Has anyone tried doing this?
