assigning negative scores

SOLVE

I want to assign negative scores to the leads who are not engaged or active in the last 9 months.  I know under lead scoring tab there is an option called "add negative attributes", kindly suggest which properties under "negative attributes" to select to degrade the inactive leads.

The contact property 'time last seen' is probably a good starting point. You can create a negative lead scoring rule for time last seen is more than X, should help.

Can I degrade a score for each additional voicemail left? Right now I have a rule "left voicemail" = -1. 

 

Additionally, if I leave 3 voicemails in a row and a lead doesn't repond to 3 sales emails, I want to gegrade a score by 10. How can I do that?
