Zapier Integration Error - HubSpot: Required field "Contact Email" (email) is missing.

I am trying to bring in data from a form form a custom plugin within wordpress to Hubspot.

I am using Zapier and have created a webhook. Connection seems fine. Data shows up on Zapier. 

I am using the "Create or Update Contact in Hubspot" Action.

When I complete the form I get an error from Zapier saying "HubSpot: Required field "Contact Email" (email) is missing."

The information never passes on to Hubspot even though there is a required email fileld on the form and the email is beeing passed from the Zapier webhook. Is this a HubSpot glitch? any suggestions?

Additionally I tired using the "Create Form Submission in HubSpot" action. Created a new form for it with the exact same fields. The test from Zapier worked and created a submission. However when I actually complte the form live to see if it works I get the same error again. HubSpot: Required field "Contact Email" (email) is missing.

Frustrating.
