Workflows triggered by company domain

Hello,

I would like to set up a notification workflow every time contacts using specific domains fill out the forms on my website. Is it possible?

For example, I want to set up a notification if someone using an email address with the following domains fills out our form

bmw.com

tesla.com

apple.com 

and so on

If possible, how many domains can I add to this workflow filter?

Hi @EQuintero2,

This can be done with a contact-based workflow that enrolls contacts based on the property Email domain. Into the email domain filter ('is any of'), you would type or paste your list.

There is generally not a limit, you should be able to add thousands of domains. It's just that at some point your browser might slow down and lag due to the workflow having to process so much data.
